I’m Brittany (Serenity), a cosplayer in Colorado who loves teaching! I was the Denver Public Library’s Maker in Residence at the Sam Gary ideaLAB last October, where I taught library patrons how to use EVA foam and sewing for their cosplays, and I’m the current Artist in Residence at the Children’s Museum of Denver, where I make fun cosplay-related projects with kids!

Last year I won 2nd place in the novice category in Vincon’s cosplay contest and a Judge’s Award at Denver Fan Expo. My cosplays have been featured on Dead by Daylight and Blizzard Entertainment’s social media channels.

I’m currently working on a Monster Hunter Wilds cosplay. So far I’ve used indigo dye, shibori technique, gold work embroidery, pattern drafting, leatherwork, foam and worbla to make this cosplay.
